We respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. Therefore any service cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hrs of original appointment are subject to $50 fee to be charged to credit card on file. Any service cancelled or changed within 24 hrs or less are subject to a 50% charge of what original service would be. This will be charged to credit card on file.

To ensure a relaxing experience for our SoElla guests, we encourage guests to silence all cell phones and at minimum turn sound down!


Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than ten (10) minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available Hair Stylist complete your service. If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.


We have a 7 day guarantee on your service. We will gladly book you in for the adjustment to your original service with us. This services must be called in only within 7 days of original service. The service is to be of equal or lesser value, additions to what you would like to add on will be subject to a charge at the stylist & salons discretion. We do not offer refunds on services.


Occasionally we may be running behind. When we do we will communicate with you. Our front desk will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask our team to help get you started. If we make you wait longer than twenty (20) minutes, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait or reschedule you for a future appointment.
